Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) seeks to employ casual members of staff to join our team. They will be required to work across all programmes that the growing CACT Health Improvement department deliver across Greenwich.
The Trust is commissioned by Royal Borough of Greenwich Public Health and Wellbeing to deliver Greenwich Get Active, Kick the Habit and Health Improvement road shows, which promote physical activity and smoking cessation through a year round community engagement programme. This includes at least three Borough wide road shows a year. All of this work is underpinned by a specialist Health Improvement call centre, through which trained advisors offer telephone support to ensure people are given the information and advice/support they need in order to make and sustain a behaviour change in the short, medium and longer term.
This exciting opportunity would suit candidates who will be looking for some part time work, who want to progress in the health improvement field, and are enthusiastic about making a real difference to their local community.
