An exciting opportunity has arisen within Charlton Athletic Community Trust’s (CACT) Early Help and Prevention team.
CACT’s Early Help and Prevention Department incorporates multiple strands of work. These include the trust’s traditional disability work featuring the much-loved Charlton Upbeats project, award winning Mental Health initiatives and various other disability projects including a Short breaks provision delivered on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich and London Borough of Bexley.
CACT are looking to appoint an Early Help and Prevention Officer to organise, plan, prepare and deliver initiatives and projects across the Early Help & Prevention strand.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering sport sessions to young people and adults with disabilities as well as experience of working with young people with complex needs.
