Charlton Athletic Community Trust is looking to recruit exceptional and dynamic people managers with experience in youth work, to oversee the delivery of the National Citizens Service (NCS) Programme in Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge working both residentially and in the local community.
Cohort Leads will be responsible for the day-to-day running of every phase of the programme, the management and guidance of delivery staff/volunteers and the pastoral care and personal development of a cohort of 16-17 year olds from a variety of different backgrounds. This is a great opportunity to be part of a government funded programme that has positive and tangible outcomes for young people.
