Course Information

Pat Kingsmill is an experienced and well known figure in the physical activity and exercise community in Greenwich, she works for Active For Health, GLL and CACT and through her teaching and practice she has experience with many people who have physical limitations and conditions of all ages. Pat also has her own thriving pilates classes, and teaches Exercise and Referral, Falls and Prevention and Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation classes throughout the borough.

Delivering classes online is the next logical step for Pat, she will begin her classes in April. 

Exercise to Music

Come along for an enjoyable session with our one and only Pat Kingsmill. Exercise to music is a low intensity aerobic session which is great to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength for greater independence. Easy to follow sessions which are inclusive of age group, disabilities and medical conditions.


Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness. It's a great way to develop your strength, balance, flexibility and posture and can also support the reduction of joint pain.

Resistance Bands and Weights are required. If you don't have this equipment you can use a stretchy t-shirt.

Pat's Qualifications are:

  • Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor
  • Level 4 Falls Prevention, Cardiac Disease, Cancer (rehabilitation)
  • Level 4 Cancer & Exercise Rehabilitation
  • Level 3 Exercise Referral, Pilates Teacher
  • Level 3 Diploma in Instruction Pilates Matwork (QCF)
  • Level 2 Exercise to Music, Aqua
  • Other Older Adults
