An exciting opportunity has arisen within Charlton Athletic Community Trust’s (CACT) Early Help and Prevention team supporting long serving members of staff to deliver disability, mental health and mentoring projects.
CACT’s Early Help and Prevention Department incorporates multiple strands of work. These include the trust’s traditional disability work featuring the much-loved Charlton Upbeats project, Ability Counts, Kent mental health project, Oxleas mental health project, UP & AT Em older people’s mental health project and Bexley adult learning disability activity project.
CACT are looking to appoint an Early Help and Prevention Officer to organise, plan, prepare and deliver initiatives and projects across the Early Help & Prevention strand alongside experienced staff.
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering sport sessions to young people and adults with disabilities as well as experience of working with young people with complex needs.
