We are looking to recruit a self-motivated and focused Programme Manager to project manage the delivery of the National Citizen Service programme for Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT). This will include managing the recruitment of young people onto the programme, leading on the design of CACT’s NCS Programme, managing the recruitment of seasonal staff and delivering the NCS programme for cohorts in every season across CACT’s specific delivery areas (Dartford, Gravesham, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge-Wells, Tonbridge & Malling and Bexley).
Suitable candidates will be educated to graduate degree level or equivalent and have a proven track record of successful delivery of the NCS Programme.
