Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) are currently looking to recruit a National Citizen Service (NCS) Recruitment Coordinator to design and implement a clear recruitment strategy to ensure that CACT achieves set targets in relation to the recruitment of young people onto the NCS Programme in CACT’s designated regions of Greenwich, Bexley and Kent. This role also has specific duties in relation to not only the recruitment of young people onto the programme but the delivery of the NCS programme in Summer and Autumn, leading cohorts and teams of young people throughout each season.
Suitable candidates will be dynamic and confident with the ability to present the programme to large audiences. Furthermore, experience of leading, motivating and commanding the respect of young people will be essential.
