Applications for Specialist Female Projects now open

As part of the Universal Youth Service, Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) is inviting organisations to apply for funding to deliver female only projects in Royal Greenwich.

Young Greenwich is delivered by Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. There is potential to deliver a range of new projects targeted at young females in the Borough next year.

About the project

This is a great opportunity with a total of £35,000 available for 2019/2020 and it is anticipated that a number of projects will be awarded funding from the development fund.

Successful organisations will have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with females who live or study in Royal Greenwich.
  • Deliver projects to females aged 13-19 years old and up to 25 who have special educational needs and disabilities.
  • Get exposure and expand its reach to new audiences.
  • Deliver a unique and innovative project to young people.

Projects may run from one to 12 months between the Monday 1 April 2019 and Tuesday 3 March 2020 depending on the organisation’s choice. Click here to get further details about the Female Development Fund.
