CACT launches KP Club to support its work

Join Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) Ambassador, Keith Peacock, and be part of the KP Club by committing just £10 a month as a donation to CACT, so CACT can continue its vital work at the heart of the community.

CACT uses the power of football to improve health, education and employment, and reduce crime, targeting those who need it most.

We work with a range of people, including young people, like Harry, who are struggling to find education or employment. Harry joined CACT’s traineeship programme last year, and with its support, built his confidence, undertook a range of work experience and improved his basic skills, so he was able to secure a paid apprenticeship as a football coach.

This is just one story from the 34,775 people CACT worked with last year.

Members will receive regular updates on the difference our support is making, along with an invitation to an annual reception with Keith, and other ways to get involved.

Paul Statham, CACT trustee and chair of its Fundraising and Marketing Committee, said:

“As an independent charity, CACT relies on the support of donors and funders to support its work. Please join me and many of the trustees and senior staff, who have already signed up to the KP Club, to help CACT continue to make a difference to many people in the community.”
