Short Breaks is a programme delivered by CACT in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and London Borough of Bexley for young people with disabilities.


CACT will be running the Short Breaks programme in Bexley from 1 March 2020 for young people with disabilities aged 13-17 years-old.


  • After School Club

Wednesdays: 4pm-6pm, Crook Log Leisure Centre

  • Holiday courses


Six week holiday courses delivered each year

Easter, summer and selected half-terms

Referral process

All places on the programme will be allocated by the Children with Disabilities team (CWDT) at the London Borough of Bexley.

To find out if you or your child are eligible for a place, please discuss it with your allocated social worker or with the CWDT.
