CACT works across South East London and Kent to support people with mental health problems.
When we're able to offer face-to-face support, our Early Intervention in Psychosis programme offers a wide range of regular activities to reduce social isolation and improve confidence and self-esteem.
The Next Steps residential trips offer the opportunity for participants at the right stage in their recovery to go away with a supportive group for an activity-packed three-day trip.
CACT is also supporting people with mental health issues through its:
- Free counselling service for parents and carers
- Mental health programme
- Disability programme
- Mentoring programme
Watch a video about Mahala, one of our Early Intervention in Psychosis participant. As part of World Mental Health Day 2020, Mahala opened up about her experience of psychosis to Charlton Athletic midfielder George Lapslie.
To support older people like Mahala, please give CACT a monthly gift.
