CACT Health Improvement team are excited to be working with a pilot organisation called FitSwarm.
Fitswarm have created a platform where you can interact with your classmates, your colleagues and your instructor through a two-way online session via the FitSwarm platform. Our pilot is aimed at improving health and well-being. We will be streaming live, virtual fitness and well-being sessions directly to you in your home, place of work, or anywhere else you would like that has a reasonable internet connection.
Live virtual fitness and well-being sessions are delivered by highly qualified and experienced physical activity specialists and will be streamed over the internet and delivered directly to you, wherever you are. Sessions will be interactive - the instructor can see and hear you and you can see and hear the instructor, which creates and engaging experience for both parties.
The type of sessions offered will be anything from yoga to circuits to meditation or pilates. During the trial phase you will help us to shape the timetable, providing regular feedback to help us develop a service that directly addresses your needs and preferences. The trial is an opportunity to create a bespoke online fitness service, in line with what YOU want and need.
Pat Kingsmill and Dan Ottley are looking forward to working with you to shape this new and exciting offer. Call Cameron Miller, CACT's Health Improvement Advisor, on 07525237899 to take part.
