Live Well Line

Our call centre underpins all of our outreach work. Originally commissioned to support the Get Active physical activity and Kick the Habit smoking cessation programmes, it has expanded to offer a single point of access; a “one-stop-shop” which supports residents, as well as a referral and service booking process across a range of community assets and stakeholders in the borough.

Operating six days a week, our health advisors develop and maintain relationships with clients, motivating them towards leading healthier lifestyles and to signpost them to any services they may need.
